Rosemary is a member of the mint famil and can be used in savory and sweet dishes as well as teas. Add to both cheese shortbread or sugar cookies. Make a rosemary simple syrups to add to citrus cocktails – like a blood orange rosemary vodka spritzer. Rosemary goes well with lamb, potatoes – mashed or roasted, and polenta, and perfectly combines with fennel, parsley, garlic, and basil. Steep a teaspoon in hot water for refreshing tea or blend with other herbs and sour fruit.

If you would like individual 1 oz bags, please add a note to your order at check out. All of our zipper bags can be composted at home.
