Sada Chai is a CTC - cut, tear, curl tea. It is heavily rolled tea with a low moisture content and is perfect for boiling. This type of tea is often the base of Indian spiced black tea known as masala chai. With a strong, malty flavor, this tea takes sugar and milk well.
Brewing Suggestion: Add 1 tsp per 8 oz of boiling water for two minutes.
Masala Chai: Add 1 tsp Sada Chai with 1/4 tsp Chai Masala to 8 ounces boiling water. Add milk and sugar to taste. Boil for 3-5 minutes, strain and enjoy!
