Szegedi 178 Hot Paprika, Single Origin

Grown in one of the oldest paprika producing regions in Hungary on a small regenerative farm, the chiles to make this hot paprika are stored in mesh bags and cured by the wind in a process called sukju. They are then dehydrated, ground, and blended with sweet paprika to make this particularly hot, fruity, and fiercely red paprika.
