These flowers are from old growth tea trees in Yunnan China. The tree will bloom once in the year before heading to its winter slumber. Tea flowers smell like black tea, age like pu’erh, and brew a smooth and sweet cup.
Brew 1 tsp per 8 ounces of water at 195 F for 3-5 minutes. 3-5 infusions.
