Thai Bird Chiles are spicy with a slight fruity flavor. Their heat pairs well with lime, coconut, lemongrass, ginger, and basil. Lightly dry toast the chiles and grind with salt to sprinkle on to fruit. Add to broths, sauces, and curries. Rehydrate by soaking in water for ten minutes and blend with other spices for a marinade or hot sauce.
