Acacia victoriae are the seed of an acacia tree and have a warm, caramel, nutty coffee like flavor. The seeds have been used for years by indigenous Australians and can be savory or sweet. Use whole or ground, as a tea, a thickener for stews and soups, an additional to pies, scones, and sweets, or a replacement for coffee in rubs.
