Wild Ramps, Single Origin

We so excited to have a small batch of Burlap and Barrel's dried wild ramps,  hand picked from the Adirondack Mountains. A savory and intense level of flavor that is somewhere between green garlic and caramelized onion, sprinkle these ramps on pastas, eggs, cream sauces. Add to cornbread and muffin recipes, focaccia, and softened butter.
