Za'atar is a blend of savory za'atar herb, nutty sesame, and tangy sumac. Perfect in oil and slathered on hot bread or used to flavor chickpeas, vegetables, and dips, za'atar is a staple table condiment.
Often, you will find the Za'atar blend made with thyme as we did with our original blend, as za'atar the herb can be difficult to find. Luckily, we are able to work with one of the few US importers of the Za'atar herb to make this even more pungent and flavorful blend.

Items ordered by ounces or pounds are packed into one bulk bag. For example, if you order 5 ounces of peppercorns, you will receive one bag with 5 ounces of peppercorns inside. If you would like individual 1 oz bags, please add a note to your order at check out. All of our zipper bags can be composted at home.
